Born in Spain in the early 1980s. Trained as an Industrial Designer, Aitor Molina began his career working at the intersection of product design, branding and spatial thinking, developing a practice rooted in clarity, functionality and intention. From the very beginning, his work has been shaped by a strong belief that design is not decoration, but a strategic and cultural tool capable of shaping behaviour, meaning and long-term value.
Early in his career, he collaborated with design studios and brands across furniture, interiors and industrial design, gradually expanding his scope towards brand strategy and creative direction. This shift was not a departure from design, but a natural evolution: moving from designing objects to designing systems, narratives and experiences. Influenced by the principles of Dieter Rams, the Bauhaus school of thought and architects such as Norman Foster, Álvaro Siza and Tadao Ando, his work consistently seeks reduction, precision and coherence — removing the superfluous to reveal what truly matters.
Over the years, Aitor Molina has built and led multiple creative ventures, studios and brand ecosystems, working across sectors such as design, culture, sports, wellness, gastronomy, technology and architecture. His projects range from the creation of brands, contemporary furniture collections and industrial products to the development of premium brands, retail concepts, large-scale experiential spaces and long-term strategic frameworks for companies, institutions and family-owned businesses.
Central to his practice is the concept of purpose. Aitor approaches every project by asking not only what is being designed, but why it should exist and what role it plays in people’s lives. He believes brands, spaces and products must earn their place through relevance, honesty and usefulness — emotionally, culturally and functionally. This belief has led him to work closely with founders, CEOs and leadership teams, helping organisations clarify their vision, align strategy with execution and build brands that can endure over time.
Music, architecture, sport and craftsmanship play a fundamental role in his creative universe. Whether designing a cycling brand, a listening bar, a longevity-focused wellness platform or a contemporary workspace, his work is characterised by a deep attention to materials, proportions, sensory experience and narrative consistency. For Aitor, design is always both rational and emotional: engineered with rigour, but lived through feeling.
Equally important in his approach is a constant commitment to contemporary culture and future thinking. Sustainability, circularity, longevity and positive impact are not treated as trends, but as design responsibilities. His projects often integrate systemic thinking, durable materials, honest production processes and long-term brand architectures designed to evolve rather than expire.
Throughout his career, Aitor Molina has positioned himself not only as a designer, but as a creative partner — someone who operates between strategy and execution, concept and reality, vision and detail. His work is driven by the conviction that the best design is quiet but strong, reduced yet expressive, and always in service of something larger than itself.
At the core of everything he does lies a simple but demanding idea: design should help people, brands and organisations become more intentional versions of themselves — today and tomorrow.
